  • Maintains website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Provides hosting and technical support

3. User Eligibility

To use StarDoc, you must:

  • Be a licensed healthcare professional with a valid NPI number
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account with StarDoc, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use

5. Subscription and Payment

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period. You will be notified before any charges are applied.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

StarDoc Property: The StarDoc service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by StarDoc and protected by intellectual property laws.

StarDoc is a website building service and does not provide medical advice. All medical content on websites created through our service is the responsibility of the healthcare professional. StarDoc does not verify the accuracy of medical information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarDoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StarDoc, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination
